In this penthouse of “Krtsanisi Residence” the action unfolds around a spiral staircase that connects the two floors of the apartment. The open space interior of the upper floor combines common areas with a kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace. The bedrooms, study, common room and bathrooms are located downstairs.

The white walls of the bright interior creates contrast with the stainless steel reflective kitchen. A distinctive detail here is the wooden spiral staircase, which sets the axis of the apartment with it’s monumentality. The furniture is selected so that different textures do not disturb the overall balance of the interior and bring color to the spaces with sharp accents.
