How often do the star architects share their daily routine on social networks? It would be fair to say – very rarely. We do not know what is behind the offices of our favorite buildings authors, what is their daily life or what is their source of inspiration, are they that different to us, mortals?
„I would never wear anything with a logo. That I really find difficult. It’s a frustration that I’ll find a nice shirt or something and it’s got 50 prints of the logo on it – why do they do this? “
– Norman Foster
Sir Norman Foster is really exceptional – One of the most influential architects in the world is actively posting photos of his daily life on his personal Instagram account and all we can do is get comfy and get at least a little bit of his daily life, which is very interesting and full of fun.
Besides the architecture, 83-year-old Foster is actively involved in bicycling and ski sports, flys the aircraft, travels a lot and makes sketches in the Unicorn’s pool float. Yup, you’ve read it right – UNICORN POOL FLOAT, deal with it.
“The pencil and computer are, if left to their own devices, equally dumb and only as good as the person driving them.”
– Norman Foster
However, better to see something once than to hear about it a thousand times – We present you 10 funniest photos from Sir Norman Foster’s Instagram.
